What do I need to do to find out more?
You can contact me either by phone or email. Once I have received your message, I will respond via email and/or text message. We can arrange to have an initial mutual assessment phone conversation, at a time convenient to you. If you then decide that you would like to set up an initial meeting, we can use this to explore more fully how counselling can support you and whether I am best able to support your needs at this point.
As a Humanistic and Integrative therapist, my main focus is on supporting you to explore any issues you may wish to in a safe and non-judgemental space. A key part of effective therapy is the relationship between us. This is why it’s important for us to have a mutual assessment call before you decide whether therapy is for you. Working with someone you can feel able to build a positive working alliance with is important; you can use this assessment time, and any face to face meetings that we arrange, to decide whether what I am able to offer you will be of value to you. This initial contact will also allow me to evaluate whether I will be able to support you effectively.
